VidLume provides AI-powered video creation tools that automatically generate, edit, and deliver faceless ad videos based on user-provided assets (images, videos, audio, or text).

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

To use VidLume, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. User Responsibilities

• Not upload or distribute any content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on third-party rights.

5. Content Ownership and Usage

• You retain ownership of the content you upload and the generated media you create using VidLume.
• By uploading media, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process, render, and store your content for service delivery.
• We do not claim ownership over your uploaded or generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including logos, software, algorithms, and design, is the property of VidLume and protected under copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, duplication, or modification is strictly prohibited.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

• Some features of VidLume require a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay).
• You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your account for applicable fees.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VidLume if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Your payment fails or subscription expires.

Upon termination, your account data and media may be deleted after 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

9. Limitation of Liability

VidLume is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or specific results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidLume and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VidLume, its founder, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
